Amikam App Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Definitions:
APP - Amikam App, available on the App Store and Play Store with app.amikam identifier

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using APP, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service
APP is a mobile app that allows users to take photos, which are synced to the cloud, and shared with friends added via e-mail. You understand and agree that the service is provided "as is" and that PROVIDER assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. User Obligations
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may update or correct your account information at any time by logging into your account. You may also email us at support@amikam.app to request deletion of your account or personal data.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification).

5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the service to:

Post or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

PROVIDER reserves the right to terminate your access to the service, without any advance notice.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PROVIDER, its affiliates, or its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

8. Modifications to Service
PROVIDER reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
